Brighter Future with SEAMEO

Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) helped me reach this goal through their program Pre-Service Student Teacher Exchange in Southeast Asia (SEA-Teacher Program). The SEA-Teacher Program allows pre-service teachers to accomplish their practicum in other schools in other Southeast Asian countries, which is a great avenue for cultural exchange.

I would like to thank SEAMEO allowing pre-service teachers to experience the education system of other country before entering the workforce in our own country's academe. SEA-Teacher Program allows me to not only learn about Indonesia's learning environment in early Childhood, but it also gave me a clear picture of what every child in every country should experience during their early years in the academe. KB & TK Laboratorium, Universitas Negeri Malang have shown me the education system that I want my future students to experience. And this will not be possible without SEAMEO. Being away from our families to go to another country felt a little less harder as the people behind this program has been very supportive with us. We appreciate every person who did not abandon us from our first day in Indonesia until our last day.

Words are never be enough to thank you for all the things that this program have given me as a preservice teacher. Thank you so much, SEAMEO. I will forever be grateful to be included in the 9th Batch of SEA-Teacher Program Delegate.
